Color sealing is a process where we can change the color of your grout. Why would you do this? In older homes where the color of the grout is a contrast to the tile, we can make the floor look more modern and save you the money of ripping out and replacing. If your grout has been heavily used and has different stains that won’t come out we can match the original color or change it to your taste. Our process comes with a 5-year guarantee of not peeling, chipping, or flacking. (Warranty does not cover pet, neglect, or floor failure).

We had them over to soft wash the side of the house and it looks like new!! We also took care of the driveway and sidewalk on his suggestion and WOW! I didnt think it was as bad as it was....till I saw it clean! The house looks awesome now! Super happy! Plus he explained that they do a three step power wash to ensure that it stays clean longer and pops brighter...I never knew there was so much to pressure washing... but I'm so glad we called Topaz and a company that goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of!
